I have loved doing massage for over 20 years. I provide a relaxing, peaceful, and professional environment.  I provide the type of massage that is most beneficial to you – whether it be to recover from an injury, reduce everyday aches and pains, or escape from daily stress.  My hands can sense tightness and problem areas in soft tissue.

Education and Qualifications: I am a strong believer in life-long learning.  I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of MN in 1988.  I have been a registered and practicing physical therapist in the Twin Cities for over 20 years. During that time I have grown in the application of my professional skills and my commitment to learning has caused me to earn these additional certifications: Neuromuscular Therapist (150 hours of massage training), ACSM Health and Fitness Instructor, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and NSCA Personal Trainer. I consistently pursue continuing education and am an active member of the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) Association.

Experience:  I’m a helper and healer at heart…and love what I do.  In addition to my 20+ years of work as a physical therapist, I started my own massage therapy business in 2001 and continue to expand my massage therapy focus while practicing with Dr. Dean Roll at Advanced Chiropractic Center.  I have extensive medical experience from working with physical therapy patients recovering from accidents and injuries. I have a special interest in exercise and taught group fitness at a local health club from 2000-2005.

I am a lifelong resident of MN. I live in the Northwest Metro with my husband, two children, and Rose (the dog).
