Welcome! I offer massage at Advanced Chiropractic Center in Golden Valley (MN) located close to 169 and Medicine Lake Road. Please call to schedule an appointment or for more information. I provide a relaxing, stress-free, yet professional environment. I use any combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point massage that gives you the relief you need as well as exercise instruction if you are interested. I have learned by instruction, by experience, and by intuition. My hands can locate the tightness/tension in soft tissue. I specialize in auto and work related injuries. I have extensive medical experience treating physical therapy patients recovering from accidents and injuries. I offer affordable rates, and have an introductory rate of $20 off regular price so that you can try me out. I also have other specials listed on my Rates page. In certain cases, insurance will cover massage treatment. Please call our office for information regarding this. I have been practicing massage since I graduated from the University of Minnesota in Physical Therapy in 1988; first as a Physical Therapist (which I still currently do); and later I branched out and started practicing at Advanced Chiropractic Center. I have worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics in the metro area for 20+ years, have several fitness certifications, and have taught group fitness at a local health club.
